​Already Been Done ships both domestically within Australia & to select international destinations.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location — if you’re in Brisbane, you’ll receive your order faster than someone overseas.
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days, & you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been shipped.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Express Shipping: estimated 2–5 business days (not guaranteed by Australia Post)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to: New Zealand, China, UK/Ireland & USA/Canada

Estimated delivery time: 5-12 business days (allow up to 20 days for delays)

Flat rate international shipping: $19.95 AUD
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes & VAT once they arrive in your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Already Been Done is not responsible for any additional fees.

DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for providing a correct & secure delivery address at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped & tracking has been provided, Already Been Done is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing parcels.
If your parcel is marked as delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.
If your address is not secure, we recommend:

Sending your parcel to a workplace or someone who can receive it

Using a parcel locker, PO box, or secure delivery option
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Australia Post or your local courier directly.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Already Been Done is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier.
We will always do our best to assist you in locating your parcel, but responsibility lies with the courier once delivery has been completed.

DAMAGED ORDERS
