RETURNS / EXCHANGES
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you’re not happy with your purchase, full-priced items or items purchased using discount codes can be returned for a Store Credit Gift Card or Exchange. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order being fulfilled by Already Been Done. Any requests outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
All returned items must be:
In original condition

Unworn
-
With all original tags attached

In original packaging
Returns without tags or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Already Been Done is not liable for lost or missing returns sent via your chosen courier.
Once received, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection & processing of your Store Credit or Exchange.
All returns must be clearly declared as “returned goods” with your courier. Any customs charges due to incorrect declaration are the responsibility of the sender.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If you need a different size & it is in stock, please email us at contact@alreadybeendone.com.au to organise an exchange.

If your desired size is unavailable, your item can be returned for a Store Credit Gift Card. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing.
Requests must be made within 30 days of fulfilment.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, & Already Been Done is not responsible for lost returns.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once received.
All returns must be declared as “returned goods” to avoid customs charges.

INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

We do not accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect care

Items showing normal wear & tear

Items returned without tags

Hygiene items (including hats, socks & drink bottles)
Already Been Done reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy.

FAULTY ITEMS

While we take pride in quality, occasionally something may slip through.
If you receive a faulty item, please email us at contact@alreadybeendone.com.au with photos of the item.
You are eligible for:

Full refund

Store Credit Gift Card (+5% value)
If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or Store Credit (+5%).
Already Been Done will cover return shipping costs for faulty items.
Items must still be returned in original condition & packaging.

Up to 2 weeks for refunds to appear (depending on your bank)

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If the correct item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
We will cover all return shipping costs.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

If your order is returned to us as unclaimed, we will contact you via email.
You can choose to:

Have it re-shipped (at your expense), or
-
Receive a refund minus shipping costs
Failure to pay import duties may result in your order being returned & classified as unclaimed.
